We are a Gold-Rated Early Childhood Center that has been caring for children and supporting families for 50+ years. We are proud of our history, but we’re definitely not stuck in the past!
We’re looking for a Floater Teacher who is ready to jump in, jump around, and jump right into our team!
🏃‍♀️ What does a Floater do?
Pretty much exactly what it sounds like!
You’re the person who can walk into a classroom and say:
“What do you need? I’ve got you!”
One day you might be helping in the toddler room. The next, you could be supporting preschool or school-age. You may help with meals, transitions, activities, coverage, clean-up, or simply giving another teacher an extra set of hands when they need it.
No two days are exactly the same. And that's part of the fun!
❤️ We’re Looking for Someone Who:
Shows up reliably and on time
Has reliable transportation
Is ready to commit to a full-day schedule
Understands that your schedule may vary based on classroom, staffing, and enrollment needs
Can work with different age groups and different personalities
Isn't afraid to get down on the floor and play!
Can jump into a classroom and get to work
Is flexible and doesn't need everything to go exactly according to plan
Brings positive energy to the team
Is willing to learn, grow, and take direction
Understands that childcare is a TEAM SPORT
