THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for hospitality experts to join our East London kitchen team. Our teams work hard to produce seasonal menus working with some of London's best suppliers (Natoora, Shrub, Flock & Herd, Wild Farmed, Fin & Flounder). Our goal is to be 0% waste in our kitchens and with this in mind we are always trying to establish outside of the box thinking and waste mitigation techniques. Currently running at 2-3%, we achieve this through fermenting pickling and reusing our bi-waste where possible.
We're looking for someone with previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment and an eagerness to continue learning, to work alongside our highly motivated and enthusiastic team. This is a full time position.

ABOUT YOU:
Minimum 2 years kitchen experience.
Positive and personable.
Passion for working sustainably.
Good personal presentation and hygiene.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to maintain a clean section.
Broad range of knowledge of cooking terminology, techniques & ingredients
Ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
Above all, an unwavering commitment to customer service and hospitality.
