We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who is passionate about helping individuals reclaim their lives while advancing their own clinical career in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate client care.
Deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed therapeutic services.
Support clients throughout every stage of their recovery journey.
Qualifications
Active Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in good standing.
Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.
Experience treating substance use disorders and/or co-occurring mental health conditions is preferred.
Excellent clinical, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
