We’re Hiring: Business Unit Team Leader – Corporate & Residency Services (English Speaker- European Preferred)
Auxilium is looking for an experienced Business Unit Team Leader to lead our Corporate & Residency Services Division.
We are seeking someone with strong operational leadership experience and deep hands-on expertise in:
UAE & Saudi Arabia company incorporation
Mainland, Free Zone & Offshore structures
Corporate and post-incorporation services
Golden Visa, Investor Visa, Remote Work Visa & Dependent Visa processing
PRO, payroll, tax, accounting and compliance coordination
Team leadership, OKRs and service delivery management
Government authority and external vendor management
Client relationship management and upselling opportunities
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing corporate services teams and handling complex incorporation and residency cases across the GCC.
