✅ What we’re looking for
Active New York State Dental Hygiene license
Current CPR / BLS certification
Comfortable with digital workflows and electronic health records
A clinician who actually likes the work — periodontal care, patient education, the careful version of hygiene most offices have stopped doing

$40–$48/hour depending on experience, plus a production-based bonus
