Healthcare Construction Assistant Superintendent
We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Assistant Superintendent to join our team.
5+ years’ experience in commercial construction, preferably in an Assistant Superintendent role.
Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction and renovation of building structures
Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principals involved in production of technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models
Understanding of ICRA requirements
Functional understanding of scheduling software and practices
Specific understanding of working electrical and mechanical systems
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of individuals including subcontractors, laborers, owner, peers, and supervisors
Detail-oriented with the capacity to learn quickly
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
Ability to oversee safe work practices to ensure adherence to OSHA guidelines
Demonstrated ability to manage project activities within time constraints of detailed schedule
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
Open to travel
