Collaborate with the executive assistant team and other operations and admin colleagues
Exercise sound judgment on situations that don't have a clear-cut answer, and know when to escalate

Significant prior experience in an investor-facing, client-facing, sales support, marketing coordination or similar role (more senior candidates strongly preferred)

Professional presence and tone when dealing with senior-level contacts
Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly
Comfort with technology, with prior CRM experience and disciplined note-taking habits
Demonstrated good judgment, resourcefulness and the ability to think outside the box in ambiguous situations
Based in South America or Mexico, with a schedule that overlaps with U.S. Central Time business hours
Willingness and ability to travel to Dallas occasionally
