Role Description The Remote Field Service Engineer (FSE) is a full-time role responsible for supporting customers with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment or systems. Day-to-day tasks include responding to service requests, remotely diagnosing technical issues, guiding onsite personnel through repairs, and documenting all service activities in a clear, structured manner. The FSE will collaborate with engineering, support, and operations teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. This remote position also involves providing customer training, advising on best practices, and contributing feedback to improve product reliability and service processes. Current openings in the DFW area as well as Charlotte or Atlanta.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in field service engineering and technical support or desire to become a FSE, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment or systems.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret technical documentation such as manuals, schematics, and service bulletins.
Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to customers and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
Comfort working in a remote environment, with strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and reliable time management.

Relevant technical degree, certification, or equivalent practical experience in engineering, electronics, electrical, or a related field.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain a customer-focused, professional demeanor in diverse situations.
Heavy travel with overnight stays
