Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) – Fully Remote (1099 Contractor)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, self-driven Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our clinical team as an independent 1099 Contractor. In this 100% remote role, you will provide telehealth counseling, risk assessments, and clinical case management to clients while maintaining the flexibility of setting your own schedule.
Key Responsibilities
◦ Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, individual tele-therapy sessions, and psychosocial evaluations..
◦ Develop, implement, and periodically review individualized treatment plans..
◦ Provide crisis intervention and connect clients with appropriate local resources as needed..
◦ Complete clinical documentation in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in a timely, compliant manner..
◦ Collaborate with clinical supervisors, peer social workers, and multidisciplinary care teams..
Qualifications
◦ Education: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution..
◦ Licensure: Active LMSW license in good standing (multi-state or specific state licensure as required)..
◦ Experience: 1+ years of post-degree clinical or therapeutic experience preferred..
◦ Technical Setup: Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection and modern computer equipment..
◦ Skills: Strong clinical judgment, crisis management, self-motivation, and excellent written/verbal communication skills..
