Senior Vice President Broking
We will count on you to:
Design and develop competitive and innovative insurance/ reinsurance products that develop new clients and retain existing clients.
Train, mentor and oversee performance management for a department or small unit, coordinate workload of team members and ensure team is appropriately staffed to meet client needs.
Utilize knowledge of client industry to analyze risk reports and develop innovative approaches to difficult client needs and articulate the value to clients.
Demonstrate a near complete understanding of coverage lines, markets and other more specialized products and keep abreast of changing risk and insurance market conditions to better serve clients.
Actively participate in the revenue/ budget process to ensure the financial success of the Company.
Establish and maintain relationships with practice leaders, carriers client, advisors and sales professionals to better serve clients.
Cultivates new clients and establishes relationships to drive revenue growth.
Review and clarify contract documents and bond forms, as well as banking terms and conditions.
Review and guide the Client on the terms and conditions of General Agreement of Indemnity required to be executed by Clients to support all surety transactions.
Review financial statements for all industries with specific knowledge of each industries unique financial metrics.
