We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a distributed mobile engineering team responsible for building and maintaining Android and iOS software development kits (SDKs) that bring advanced magnetic positioning technology to developers worldwide. In this role, you will own the mobile SDK roadmap, guide technical architecture, and oversee the delivery of reliable, high-performance developer tools and first-party mobile applications. You will work closely with product, business development, developer relations, and positioning research teams to translate emerging technology into practical solutions. You will also shape engineering standards, strengthen developer experience, and drive adoption through high-quality releases and documentation. As a leader in a remote, international environment, you will foster team collaboration, mentor engineers, and establish effective asynchronous ways of working.
