Role Description The Director Project Operations at Weingut Dönnhoff is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple initiatives. This position leads cross-functional teams, sets project timelines, defines milestones, and ensures alignment with strategic business objectives and operational standards. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing risks and dependencies, optimizing operational processes, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The Director Project Operations also manages budgets, tracks performance metrics, ensures high-quality customer service, and drives continuous improvement in project workflows and operational efficiency. The role involves preparing reports for leadership, implementing best practices, and supporting change management across the organization.
Qualifications
Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization and resource planning.
Demonstrated Project Management experience, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
Proven Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make evidence-based decisions.
Solid Budgeting skills, including cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Customer Service orientation, with the ability to maintain positive relationships and address stakeholder needs effectively.
Experience leading remote and cross-functional teams, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) are beneficial.
Comfort with digital tools and project management software, and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies.
