Fraud & Risk Associate

As a Fraud & Risk Associate, you will play a key role in protecting players, digital assets, and platform integrity within a dynamic gaming environment. You will investigate fraud, payment abuse, account security incidents, and suspicious in-game activity using transaction records, system logs, and behavioral data. Your work will help distinguish legitimate player activity from malicious behavior while ensuring fair and consistent decisions. You will manage cases from initial investigation through resolution, collaborating with internal teams and external providers when needed. You will also identify emerging fraud trends, strengthen detection processes, and contribute to improving operational policies and procedures.
