The role emphasizes business requirements, process documentation, and practical workflow improvements. You will collaborate remotely, document your work, and raise questions when information is unclear.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare status notes that explain decisions, dependencies, and next steps.
Document process assumptions, scope, and agreed terminology.
Keep project documentation organized and up to date.
Gather and document requirements during structured stakeholder conversations.
Organize business needs into concise user stories or requirement notes.
Coordinate clarification of requirements and open questions with stakeholders.
Help prepare acceptance criteria for routine workflow improvements.
Qualifications
Familiarity with Excel and collaborative document tools.
Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up on unresolved questions.
Foundational analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfort collaborating remotely across different teams.
Comfort documenting processes using spreadsheets or diagrams.
Practical skills, reliability, and thoughtful communication are valued throughout the hiring process.
