Key Responsibilities
Maintain organized notes while handling several active requests.
Meet agreed service and quality standards without sacrificing accuracy.
Listen to customer questions and clarify the information needed to assist.
Record customer interactions and follow-up actions in the support system.
Keep customers informed about next steps and reasonable response expectations.
Identify recurring questions and share suggestions for clearer help resources.
Follow up on unresolved matters and update case status accurately.
Qualifications
Clear written and spoken English communication skills.
Comfort learning standard support systems and knowledge bases.
Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required.
Ability to document issues accurately and concisely.
Respect for personal data and privacy processes.
Experience from related roles, internships, or individual projects can be useful preparation.
