We are seeking an organized, motivated professional to help translate business needs into clear requirements and next steps. The role emphasizes business requirements, process documentation, and practical workflow improvements. The position focuses on consistent, practical work and clear communication with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document requirements during structured stakeholder conversations.
Organize business needs into concise user stories or requirement notes.
Coordinate clarification of requirements and open questions with stakeholders.
Help prepare acceptance criteria for routine workflow improvements.
Assist with test scenarios and confirm whether expected outcomes are met.
Identify opportunities to simplify repetitive business processes.
Help prioritize requirements according to stakeholder needs.
Qualifications
Ability to communicate clearly and listen carefully to stakeholder needs.
Familiarity with Excel and collaborative document tools.
Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up on unresolved questions.
Foundational analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfort collaborating remotely across different teams.
