We are seeking an organized, motivated professional to organize requirements and keep process information easy to understand. The role emphasizes business requirements, process documentation, and practical workflow improvements. You will collaborate remotely, document your work, and raise questions when information is unclear.
Key Responsibilities
Help prioritize requirements according to stakeholder needs.
Communicate findings in straightforward language to nontechnical teams.
Map current workflows and identify clear points of friction.
Compare current procedures with proposed approaches and record differences.
Maintain simple process diagrams, checklists, and change logs.
Review information from reports and interviews to understand recurring issues.
Prepare status notes that explain decisions, dependencies, and next steps.
Qualifications
Ability to communicate clearly and listen carefully to stakeholder needs.
Familiarity with Excel and collaborative document tools.
Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up on unresolved questions.
Foundational analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfort collaborating remotely across different teams.
Experience from related roles, internships, or individual projects can be useful preparation.
