We are seeking an organized, motivated professional to support better coordination across business and technical colleagues. The role emphasizes business requirements, process documentation, and practical workflow improvements. You will collaborate remotely, document your work, and raise questions when information is unclear.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document requirements during structured stakeholder conversations.
Organize business needs into concise user stories or requirement notes.
Coordinate clarification of requirements and open questions with stakeholders.
Help prepare acceptance criteria for routine workflow improvements.
Assist with test scenarios and confirm whether expected outcomes are met.
Identify opportunities to simplify repetitive business processes.
Help prioritize requirements according to stakeholder needs.
Qualifications
Willingness to learn business-analysis methods and tools.
Ability to communicate clearly and listen carefully to stakeholder needs.
Familiarity with Excel and collaborative document tools.
Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up on unresolved questions.
Foundational analytical and problem-solving skills.
