Key Responsibilities
Compare current procedures with proposed approaches and record differences.
Maintain simple process diagrams, checklists, and change logs.
Review information from reports and interviews to understand recurring issues.
Prepare status notes that explain decisions, dependencies, and next steps.
Document process assumptions, scope, and agreed terminology.
Keep project documentation organized and up to date.
Gather and document requirements during structured stakeholder conversations.
Qualifications
Ability to translate broad requests into specific questions.
Some project, coursework, or operational experience is helpful.
Organized approach to requirements, notes, and version changes.
Willingness to learn business-analysis methods and tools.
Ability to communicate clearly and listen carefully to stakeholder needs.
