Key Responsibilities
Prepare status notes that explain decisions, dependencies, and next steps.
Document process assumptions, scope, and agreed terminology.
Keep project documentation organized and up to date.
Gather and document requirements during structured stakeholder conversations.
Organize business needs into concise user stories or requirement notes.
Coordinate clarification of requirements and open questions with stakeholders.
Help prepare acceptance criteria for routine workflow improvements.
Qualifications
Willingness to learn business-analysis methods and tools.
Ability to communicate clearly and listen carefully to stakeholder needs.
Familiarity with Excel and collaborative document tools.
Ability to prioritize tasks and follow up on unresolved questions.
Foundational analytical and problem-solving skills.
