Business Analyst

We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a high-performing Technology Delivery & Strategy team on an initial 6-month contract. This role will play a key part in delivering strategic technology, infrastructure, and cyber security initiatives, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to drive meaningful transformation outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business, functional and non-functional requirements.
Facilitate workshops, interviews and discovery sessions to identify current and future-state processes.
Produce business analysis artefacts including process maps, user stories, business requirements and use cases.
Act as the key liaison between business teams, technology teams, vendors and delivery partners.
Support business readiness, change impact assessments and adoption activities for technology initiatives.
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to technology-driven business transformation programs.
Experience & Skills
Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering technology, infrastructure, cyber security or digital transformation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage across all levels of an organisation.
Demonstrated experience eliciting requirements and facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholder groups.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into business-friendly language.
Experience in process mapping, business process improvement and organisational change activities.
Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid or Waterfall delivery methodologies and enterprise technology environments.
