Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and production floor personnel (inspection, assembly, operations) to ensure quality requirements and documentation are understood and followed, quality issues are resolved, and production is supported.
Provide clear, concise updates on quality issues, status of nonconformances, and required actions to team members and supervisors, and support cross‑functional containment activities when issues arise to protect the customer and maintain production flow.
