Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sultanpur, combining FMCG storekeeping responsibilities with cattle feeds marketing activities. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves receiving and unloading goods, organizing stock in the warehouse, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring proper packing and labeling of products. The team member will handle stock rotation, monitor stock levels, and support dispatch operations to prevent shortages or delays. In addition, the role includes promoting cattle feed products to local retailers and farmers, gathering customer feedback, supporting basic sales activities, and providing product information as needed. The position requires close coordination with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Management and Inventory Control for managing stock accuracy and warehouse records.
Candidates should possess skills in Packing and Unloading to handle goods safely and prepare products for storage and dispatch.
Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation or similar material-handling equipment to move and organize heavy loads efficiently and safely.
Basic understanding of FMCG operations and cattle feeds or agricultural products is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to maintain organized storage areas.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with operations and sales teams.
Willingness to work on-site in Sultanpur and follow all safety and hygiene standards.
Prior experience in warehousing, storekeeping, or FMCG distribution is preferred; local language proficiency is an advantage.
