Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Diploma role located in Udaipur. The role involves supporting daily plant and process operations, including monitoring equipment, assisting with basic maintenance tasks, and ensuring smooth material handling and production workflows. The Diploma professional will help collect and record operational data, follow standard operating procedures, and coordinate with supervisors and technical staff to resolve routine issues. Responsibilities include maintaining safety and housekeeping standards, complying with quality guidelines, and assisting in documentation related to production and inventory as needed.
Qualifications
Diploma in Engineering (such as Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Mining, or a related field) from a recognized institution.
Foundational understanding of industrial plant operations, material handling processes, and basic equipment monitoring.
Ability to follow technical instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines accurately.
Basic computer literacy for recording data, preparing simple reports, and communicating with team members.
Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and capacity to work collaboratively in on-site industrial environments.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with supervisors, peers, and support staff.
Prior internship or experience in manufacturing, minerals, or related industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
