Independent SaaS Sales Specialist — Remote (Philippines) Montegra Studios | Montegra Reach Commission-Based | Flexible Hours | Remote

Montegra Studios is looking for independent sales specialists in the Philippines to help grow Montegra Reach, our B2B sales outreach platform.
Reach helps businesses organize prospects, manage outbound campaigns, track follow-ups, and manage sales opportunities from one place. We are currently expanding our early user base and are looking for motivated salespeople who can introduce the platform to businesses that could benefit from it.
This is a commission-only independent sales position. There is no fixed salary or required work schedule. You will have flexibility in how and when you prospect, with compensation tied directly to the users and paying customers you generate.
What you’ll do
* Identify potential Reach users, including agencies, consultants, recruiters, B2B service companies, startups, and sales teams.
* Contact prospects through LinkedIn, email, social media, or other appropriate outreach channels.
* Explain what Montegra Reach does and invite businesses to try the platform.
* Help interested prospects get started with their free account.
* Follow up with prospects and users where appropriate.
* Provide feedback to Montegra Studios on common questions, objections, and customer needs.
* Build your own portfolio of Reach customers and earn recurring commissions from the accounts you generate.
Compensation
* US$5 for every qualified activated user you acquire.
* An activated user must register for Reach and create at least one campaign.
* 10% recurring commission on subscription revenue generated by customers you personally acquire.
* Recurring commissions are tied to the customers attributed to you and continue according to the terms of the sales-partner agreement.
* No earning cap.
* No base salary.
For example, if you acquire a customer paying US$100 per month, you would earn US$10 per month in recurring commission from that account while it remains eligible under the commission agreement.
The model is designed so that successful sales partners can build recurring monthly income as their customer portfolio grows.
Who we’re looking for
Previous SaaS or B2B sales experience is useful, but not required. More important is that you are:
* Comfortable communicating professionally in English.
* Confident approaching businesses and decision-makers.
* Persistent without being overly aggressive.
* Able to work independently.
* Comfortable learning a software product and explaining it clearly.
* Organized with follow-ups and prospect tracking.
* Interested in technology, startups, SaaS, sales, or business development.
Experience with cold email, LinkedIn prospecting, appointment setting, lead generation, CRM software, or commission sales is an advantage.
Work arrangement
This is a fully remote opportunity open to applicants in the Philippines. Hours are flexible, and compensation is based on results rather than hours worked.
The position is intended for independent sales partners who want the ability to build a recurring commission base rather than work a traditional fixed schedule.
