Production Planner

Responsibilities:
Prepare, maintain, and optimize short- and medium-term production plans in SAP based on customer demand, inventory targets, material availability, equipment status, and delivery priorities.
Sequence production orders by considering product characteristics, vessel capacity, cleaning requirements, changeover time, campaign opportunities, personnel availability, and equipment constraints.
Coordinate filling and packaging activities to ensure alignment between production, packaging capacity, material readiness, and customer delivery requirements.
Prepare necessary documents and labels for production.
Monitor production and delivery dates (confirm delivery dates to SCM).
Drive continuous improvement and digitalization of planning processes, reports, master data, and planning tools to reduce manual effort and improve data quality and decision speed.
Participate in continuous improvements on current practices to continuously improve schedule accuracy on-time delivery, stock levels, KPI achievement, and use of SAP.
Conform to quality and environmental management policy, manual, standard operating procedures and work instructions and continued improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Food Engineering or other related disciplines.
At least two years of experience in production planning, supply planning, logistics, manufacturing, or related fields. Experience in the chemical or food industry is preferred.
Proficient in SAP or a similar ERP system, with a solid understanding of production planning, material management, master data, capacity planning, and scheduling.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a team player.
Customer focused attitude.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
150.000-200.000 CNY/year. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities
