Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Product Developer will design, build, and refine AI-driven features and products that enhance the digital experiences TechCognate delivers to its clients. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad involves collaborating closely with designers, developers, and product managers to integrate machine learning models and intelligent automation into web and digital solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and prototyping AI use cases, developing and testing algorithms, preparing training data, and optimizing models for performance and scalability. The role also includes documenting technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs, and supporting deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI products in production environments.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, with proficiency in at least one modern programming language commonly used in AI (such as Python, Java, or C++).
Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks (for example, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and familiarity with common algorithms and model evaluation techniques.
Ability to design, develop, and maintain APIs and microservices, and to integrate AI components into web or mobile applications in collaboration with front-end and back-end developers.
Skills in data processing and analysis, including working with structured and unstructured data, preparing training datasets, and using tools such as SQL, pandas, or similar data handling libraries.
Understanding of product development lifecycles, from discovery and prototyping through testing, deployment, and iteration, with a focus on user-centered design and business impact.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities, including clear documentation, participation in cross-functional discussions, and openness to feedback in a team environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
Interest in design-driven digital products, awareness of web UX best practices, and a willingness to stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
