About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and research-oriented Research Development Lead Intern to support our business development and lead-generation initiatives.
In this role, you will research potential clients across Indian and international markets, identify businesses that could benefit from our services, discover relevant decision-makers, and help build a structured pipeline of potential clients.
This is an opportunity to gain practical experience in B2B market research, business development, client acquisition, and the technology services industry while working with an early-stage company.
Key Responsibilities
* Research businesses across relevant industries in India and international markets.
* Identify potential clients who may need website development, AI solutions, business automation, or custom software.
* Research company websites, business requirements, and potential areas for improvement.
* Identify relevant decision-makers, including founders, CEOs, business owners, and department heads.
* Build and maintain an organized database of qualified prospects.
* Evaluate leads based on business fit, potential requirements, and buying signals.
* Support personalized LinkedIn and email outreach.
* Coordinate with the founder and business development team to support prospect follow-ups and meeting scheduling.
* Maintain accurate lead records and submit regular progress reports.
* Suggest new industries, market segments, and strategies for finding potential clients.
Skills and Qualifications
* Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
* Good written communication and attention to detail.
* Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Search, and spreadsheets.
* Interest in business development, sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, or technology.
* Ability to identify business opportunities and research companies independently.
* Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work collaboratively.
* Self-motivated, responsible, and comfortable working remotely.
Students, recent graduates, and aspiring business development professionals are encouraged to apply. Previous experience is helpful but not mandatory.
