Associate Attorney (3–6 Years) – Fully Remote | Business & Transactional Practice
A growing, business‑focused boutique law firm is seeking a 3–6 year Associate Attorney to join its fully remote practice supporting clients across diverse and fast‑moving industries, including healthcare and telehealth, regulated sectors, technology, AI, commercial real estate, and other growth‑stage environments.
This role is ideal for an attorney who is a sharp drafter, a practical problem‑solver, and someone who thrives managing substantive work independently while communicating clearly and confidently with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (including stock/asset purchase agreements and employment agreements)
Support corporate structuring and governance matters (operating agreements, shareholder agreements, bylaws, resolutions)
Assist with M&A, financing transactions, and strategic business deals
Provide outside‑general‑counsel support on day‑to‑day legal and business issues
Analyze legal, regulatory, and operational matters across multiple industries
Conduct research on complex legal issues
Communicate directly with clients in a clear, practical, and professional manner
Manage multiple matters with strong attention to detail and responsiveness
Collaborate with firm leadership on complex legal and strategic issues
Contribute to the continued growth and development of the firm’s practice
Qualifications
3–6 years of legal experience
Preferred background in commercial transactional practice
Active admission in any U.S. jurisdiction
Strong drafting, negotiation, and client‑communication skills
Ability to work independently and professionally in a fully remote environment
Compensation & Structure
$125,000–$180,000, depending on experience
Bonus opportunity
