Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Software Developer role based in Jaipur. The Software Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications with a focus on back-end services and system integration. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, implementing object-oriented designs, reviewing code, debugging issues, and optimizing performance. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions, as well as documenting features and participating in sprint planning and stand-ups. The Software Developer is expected to follow best practices in version control, testing, and deployment while contributing to continuous improvement of the development workflow.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
Practical experience in Software Development and Programming, with the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
Hands-on skills in Back-End Web Development, working with APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and applying design patterns to build scalable systems.
Familiarity with modern programming languages (e.g., nodejs, react, C#, Python, or similar) and version control tools such as Git.
Understanding of relational or NoSQL databases, basic DevOps practices, and software testing methodologies.
Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Jaipur, communicate clearly, and manage time effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
