Associate Demand Planner

As a key role to roll out pre-season forecast in alignment with the GTM calendar, ensuring demand plans support business needs and seasonal priorities. Manage key collections, including collaborations and SMUs, with end-to-end visibility from demand consolidation through on-time launch. Partner closely with merchandising, buying, and supply planning teams to balance demand and supply.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Include but not limited to
- To accomplish pre-season forecast at APAC level, collaborate with merchandising team to understand product and assortment strategy as key insights to forecast management, influence marketplaces for future buy governance
- To take charge of key collections from demand consolidation through on-time launch with marketplaces and merchandising team.
- To partner with global brand planning and supply planning for driving MOQ alignment at monthly buy gate, achieve better productivity as global direction
- To assist report out and analysis after seasonal order consolidation, focus on variance sharing and action to balance with original plan and actual business requirements
- Strong excel user to analyze performance and simply internal communication
