Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Varanasi. The specialist will manage day-to-day sales activities, including identifying prospects, conducting client meetings, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include supporting marketing campaigns, promoting products and services, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, preparing sales reports, participating in training activities, and contributing to strategies that enhance brand presence and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and address their needs.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and support sales planning.
Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding, product education, and skill development within the team.
Relevant experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a similar industry or regional market.
Ability to work on-site in Varanasi, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Basic proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or sales tracking software is beneficial.
