YOUR MISSION
Interpret seasonal material briefs and translate Design vision into actionable development plans; direct T2 concept swatch development
Oversee the materials libraries, and seasonal catalog operations
Set leather quality standards and audit protocols; lead quarterly T2 factory quality reviews, drive corrective action plans, and approve material release for bulk production
Lead BU Development Trip & Vendor Fair events (Sportstyle focus)
Lead on seasonal COLORO palette and drive MAC sampling execution with T2
Upper material toolbox creation per category; ensure toolboxes align with category strategy, cost targets, and sustainability KPIs
Support T1 on T2 compliance initiatives, e.g. RSL, LWG/GRS certificate uploads
YOUR TALENT
College above, preferably material science, chemical engineering, textile engineering
5-8 years’ related working experience in footwear Industry
Knowledge in FTW Material management, particularly in leather, synthetics
Material Quality Control experience is a plus
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel & PowerPoint
Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese
