Key Responsibilities:
1. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
2. Experience in industrial automation, PLCs, drives, and control systems.
3. Knowledge of TPM, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and RCA.
4. Understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and production equipment.
5. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
6. Leadership, team management, communication, and decision-making abilities.
7. Knowledge of maintenance planning software, CMMS, and MS Excel.
8. Ability to manage breakdowns and prioritize activities in a fast-paced production environment.
9. Ensure minimum machine breakdowns and maximum equipment availability.
10. Monitor and reduce machine downtime through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
11. Plan and execute annual maintenance shutdowns, overhauling, and equipment servicing.
12. Establish maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of planned activities.
13. Manage maintenance of production machinery, assembly lines, CNC machines, VMCs, HMCs, presses, welding machines, conveyors, and material handling systems, as applicable.
14. Ensure reliable operation of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
15. Oversee maintenance of PLCs, sensors, drives, motors, control panels, robotics, and industrial automation systems.
16. Ensure proper maintenance of compressors, DG sets, chillers, cooling towers, HVAC, pumps, and other plant utilities.
17. Coordinate installation, commissioning, modification, and relocation of machinery and equipment.

Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Diploma holders with extensive relevant experience may also be considered
Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience (including relevant managerial experience)
