Job Title: Finance Analyst - Controlling
Location: 100% Remote
Compensation: Up to USD $700 / month (Paid in Cryptocurrency) + Stock Option Plan from Month 3

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Analyst - Controlling to run the day-to-day financial routines of a fast-growing crypto-based online casino and sportsbook operation. This is an execution and control-focused position where you will follow the money flow, perform daily reconciliations between platform records and blockchain wallets, and deliver closed financial reports to leadership. As the operation is in its implementation phase, you will actively help build and refine financial routines alongside supportive documentation and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Control: Review and process withdrawal queues, verify incoming deposit hashes on blockchain explorers, and monitor wallet balances per currency to maintain liquidity levels.
Weekly Reconciliations: Reconcile platform reports against wallet statements, track key result metrics (wagered volume, gross/net revenue, provider fees, and bonus costs), and verify affiliate commission calculations.
Monthly Closing: Prepare accounting export files, deliver variance analysis reports to leadership, and track bonus, rakeback, and VIP program costs against projections.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in financial routines, controlling, reconciliations, or accounts payable/receivable.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation models).
Language: Fluent English (spoken and written) for international team communication and platform navigation.
Nice to Have: Experience in iGaming, fintech, or payments, and basic familiarity with blockchain explorers or anti-money laundering (AML) controls.
