🚀 We’re Hiring: Java L2 & L3 Support Analyst!
We are looking for an experienced Java Production Support Engineer to join our team and support critical enterprise applications.
🔹 Experience: 5 Years
🔹 Role: Java L2 Support Analyst
Notice: Immediate to 15 days only (Mandatory)
🔹 Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of Core Java 8
SQL and Unix/Linux
Production Support & Incident Management
Troubleshooting, Debugging & Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Release Support & Application Stability
AWS and Cloud Environments (Good to Have)
Strong Problem-Solving & Stakeholder Management Skills
💡 What we’re looking for: Candidates with hands-on experience in production support who can troubleshoot complex issues, minimize downtime, and ensure smooth application operations.
