Communicate product strategy, roadmap updates, feature capabilities, experimentation outcomes, and key insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, adapting priorities as business needs and customer expectations evolve.
Build strong partnerships across teams and functions to encourage collaboration, maintain alignment, and support shared product goals.
Contribute to additional product initiatives and responsibilities as business priorities require.
Requirements
4–6+ years of product management experience, with a demonstrated ability to guide products from concept through launch and ongoing improvement.
Proven experience delivering engaging, intuitive user experiences on scalable software platforms.
Experience managing complex enterprise software products, including product discovery, roadmap planning, development, launch, and performance evaluation.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and iterative product delivery, including frequent releases and continuous feedback.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience using product metrics, analytics, and experimentation to prioritize initiatives and measure success.
Experience collaborating effectively with engineering, design, research, data science, analytics, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate product strategy, explain technical concepts, and influence stakeholders at different levels.
A technical degree or equivalent practical experience working closely with engineering teams to make product decisions that address customer needs.
Experience with content-related products, digital asset management (DAM) platforms, or similar solutions is preferred but not required.
An MBA or other relevant advanced business qualification is an advantage but not mandatory.
