About the Role
Truelancer is recruiting actively practicing US physicians to support a medical AI evaluation program with My Remote team.
Physicians will review clinical electronic health record (EHR) vignettes and evaluate the quality of AI-generated clinical reasoning across diagnosis and treatment scenarios.
Responsibilities
Review clinical vignettes, proposed answers and distractor answers.
Assess diagnostic and treatment accuracy, clinical completeness and answer quality.
Evaluate whether clinical reasoning follows logically from the information provided.
Identify flawed reasoning and provide concise clinical rationales.
Review cases spanning multiple medical specialties and organ systems.
Eligibility requirements
MD or DO degree.
Active, unrestricted US medical license.
Completed residency training or board certification.
Current clinical practice and recent direct patient-care experience.
Strong written English proficiency (C1 or above).
Availability for 10–20 hours per week for approximately four weeks.
Experience 3+ Years
Preferred specialties: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Hospital Medicine.
Experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content review, medical annotation or clinical quality assurance is a plus.
Not eligible: Medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, NPs, PAs, nurses, pharmacists and non-clinical healthcare professionals.
Physicians residing in the following states are not eligible: Alaska, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Washington and West Virginia.
