Key Responsibilities
Maintain financial spreadsheets and ensure formulas reference current inputs.
Prepare simple variance explanations for review by finance colleagues.
Organize financial records and verify that totals reconcile.
Identify missing inputs and raise questions about unusual figures.
Summarize cost and revenue trends using approved financial data.
Coordinate reporting inputs and clarify deadlines with stakeholders.
Check financial schedules for completeness and arithmetic accuracy.
Qualifications
Ability to work with established procedures and review notes.
Ability to ask questions when financial assumptions are unclear.
Organized approach to deadlines and document management.
Comfort working remotely with finance and operations colleagues.
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
