Role Description The Human Resources Recruiter role at Khabbulal’s is a full-time hybrid position based in Kanpur, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection for various roles within the restaurant and corporate teams. Day-to-day work involves partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, creating job postings, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also includes maintaining recruitment records, supporting onboarding activities, and contributing to employer branding initiatives across both in-person and digital channels. The recruiter will collaborate closely with HR and operations to ensure staffing levels align with business growth and service quality standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Candidates should possess skills in stakeholder management and collaboration, such as working with hiring managers, operations teams, and HR to align on hiring needs.
Candidates should possess skills in communication and interpersonal interaction, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates.
Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple vacancies, maintain accurate records, and meet hiring timelines.
Candidates should possess familiarity with HR tools and technology, such as applicant tracking systems, online job portals, and basic MS Office or Google Workspace.
Relevant experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field; experience in hospitality, retail, or food service environments is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Kanpur, with flexibility for on-site visits to outlets and offices as needed.
