Palvex Tech is looking for experienced Performance Engineers for a full-time opportunity with our client, Trigyn.
📍 Location: Mumbai / Bangalore
💼 Employment Type: Full-time
🎯 Experience: 8–12 years
⏳ Joining: Immediate to 15 days preferred
💰 Compensation: Open, based on experience and profile suitability
Key Requirements
🔹 Strong experience in performance engineering, application scalability and production performance optimization.
🔹 Proven experience with large-scale applications handling 50,000–100,000+ concurrent users.
🔹 Expertise in distributed systems, capacity planning, throughput optimization, bottleneck identification and root-cause analysis.
🔹 Strong understanding of Java or Python-based applications and their underlying architecture.
🔹 Experience with cloud infrastructure, observability, monitoring and production troubleshooting.
🔹 Ability to collaborate with development, database, SRE, DevOps and infrastructure teams to improve application performance.
🔹 Oracle Cloud Infrastructure experience is preferred.
Important: We are looking for hands-on performance engineering professionals who understand how to scale applications and resolve complex production issues. Candidates with only scripted load-testing or software testing experience will not be a fit.
Candidates who have worked on large-scale platforms in e-commerce, fintech, banking, telecom or other high-traffic digital environments are encouraged to apply.
