Premium Funding Partner
Drive growth, build capability and help clients manage their insurance premiums more effectively.
Howden is looking for a commercially minded Premium Funding Partner to increase the uptake of premium funding across our broking divisions. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence stakeholders, convert new opportunities and shape a compelling premium funding proposition across a rapidly growing organisation.

About the Role
This role will work across Howden's broking divisions to embed premium funding into client conversations, placements and renewals. You will educate and support broking teams, identify and convert opportunities, develop targeted sales initiatives and build trusted relationships with premium funding providers.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving premium funding growth across Howden's broking divisions.
Partnering with brokers and business leaders to identify opportunities.
Developing and delivering training and educational material.
Building relationships with funding providers and internal stakeholders.
Monitoring and reporting on portfolio growth, uptake and conversion.
Developing tailored funding solutions that meet client needs.
About You
Experience in premium funding, insurance broking, financial services, business development or a related field.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to identify and convert commercial opportunities.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Commercially focused, proactive and highly organised.
Knowledge of premium funding products and insurance broking is highly regarded.
