As a Performance Marketing Recruiter, you will identify and attract exceptional talent across performance marketing, creative, and agency operations.
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to define hiring priorities and deliver high-quality candidates.
Through targeted sourcing, structured interviews, and evidence-based assessments, you will evaluate candidates’ expertise, individual contributions, and potential to drive measurable results.
You will build strong relationships with both active and passive candidates, ensuring a transparent and engaging experience throughout a multi-stage hiring process.
