Process Skills
* Hands on process delivery experience of Derivatives or Securities Ops. Should have first-hand experience on functions like: Trade Confirmations, Drafting, Payment Settlements, Asset Servicing, Middle Office Ops, Reconciliations, Structured Trade Reviews.
* Should have executed one or more of these functions or managed teams, who run these functions
Transformation Skills
Transformation Lead: Should have a track record of process transformation and re-engineering using AI or other Technological tools like Alteryx, Power Automate, UiPath, etc
Candidate should be flexible working in night shift
