About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Technology to manage end-to-end delivery of digital, website, technology, and transformation projects.
The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, client & stakeholder management, resource coordination, risk management, scope/change management, governance, UAT, go-live, and project closure.
Key Responsibilities
• Own projects from initiation to successful delivery and closure
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and dependencies
• Prepare project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, and status reports
• Manage client communication, governance meetings, and escalations
• Coordinate Technology, UX/UI, QA, Content, SEO, and Analytics teams
• Manage resources, bandwidth, deliverables, and accountability
• Manage scope changes, Change Requests, and scope creep
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Coordinate UAT, QA, defect resolution, approvals, and go-live
• Maintain project documentation using Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com, or similar tools
Mandatory Skills
✅ 4–5 years of relevant Project Management experience
✅ Experience in IT / Digital / Website / eCommerce / Technology / Digital Transformation projects
✅ Strong understanding of SDLC
✅ Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall experience
✅ Strong client and stakeholder management
✅ Risk, issue, dependency, and change management
✅ Experience managing multiple projects
✅ Strong communication and presentation skills
✅ Hands-on experience with project management tools
✅ Experience with UAT, QA coordination, and go-live activities
✅ Willingness to work 5 days from office in Bengaluru

• AEM / Shopify / WordPress / Headless CMS
• React / Next.js
• Website migration or re-platforming experience
• SEO / Analytics / Accessibility / Website performance
• Enterprise or global client experience
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master / Agile certification
