Company Description "Sapthanaah Consultants Private Limited" is a professional consulting firm that focuses on delivering practical, well-designed architectural and interior design solutions for hotels, resorts, convention centres, service apartments and luxury villas.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating architectural projects from concept to execution, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and presentations
Develop concept plans, working drawings, and construction documents
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and site coordination
Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is followed during execution
Communicate with clients, contractors, and vendors
Ensure adherence to local building bye-laws and statutory requirements
Support senior architects / project architects in ongoing projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, Rendering and MS Office.
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
