We are seeking an organized, motivated professional to assist with reliable financial analysis and monthly reporting. The role emphasizes financial reporting, budgeting support, and careful variance analysis. The position focuses on consistent, practical work and clear communication with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain financial spreadsheets and ensure formulas reference current inputs.
Prepare simple variance explanations for review by finance colleagues.
Organize financial records and verify that totals reconcile.
Identify missing inputs and raise questions about unusual figures.
Summarize cost and revenue trends using approved financial data.
Coordinate reporting inputs and clarify deadlines with stakeholders.
Check financial schedules for completeness and arithmetic accuracy.
Qualifications
Comfort using Excel formulas, charts, and basic spreadsheet analysis.
Willingness to learn budgeting and reporting systems.
Experience with reconciliations or financial reports is helpful.
Ability to explain simple financial findings clearly.
Strong judgment when handling confidential financial information.
