Role Description The GTM Engineer internship at HobbyFi is an on-site role based in Jaipur. Interns will support go-to-market initiatives by helping configure and test product features, assist in integrating AI, CRM, and analytics components, and collaborate with product and sales teams to align technical capabilities with market needs. Daily tasks may include preparing demos, documenting workflows, analyzing user feedback, and creating basic technical materials that enable customer onboarding and adoption. This internship offers exposure to both engineering and business functions, with the opportunity to contribute to real-world product launches in the hobby industry.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of software development or engineering principles, with an interest in AI-driven products and SaaS platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights for go-to-market teams.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and creating clear documentation.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Interest in the hobby industry and in how technology can improve business operations and customer experiences.
