We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled AV Equipment Technical Expert to join our growing AV Solution Projects.
Key Responsibilities
Installation, configuration, and commissioning of Professional Audio Systems.
Design and tuning of conference room audio systems.
DSP programming and audio calibration.
Installation and testing of:
Digital Microphone Systems
Ceiling & Wall Speakers
Power Amplifiers
Audio Mixers
Matrix Switchers
Digital Signal Processors (DSP)
Integration of Audio with Video Conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and Cisco Webex.
Conduct audio measurements and optimize room acoustics.
Troubleshoot AV system issues during installation and post-deployment.
Coordinate with customers during project implementation.
Prepare installation reports and documentation.
Travel to project sites across West Bengal and India when required.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Professional Audio Systems.
Experience with Conference Room AV Solutions.
Understanding of DSP-based audio processing.
Familiarity with echo cancellation, gain structure, feedback suppression, and acoustic optimization.
Ability to read AV system drawings and wiring diagrams.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and customer interaction abilities.

Crestron

Qualification:
Diploma / B.Tech . in:
Sound Engineering
Audio Engineering
Electronics & Communication
Electrical Engineering
Instrumentation Or equivalent
Professional AV certifications will be an added advantage.
