Technical Manager – Mechanical Engineering

Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Manager with 15+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, product design, and technical leadership to lead complex engineering projects and mentor senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple mechanical design and product development projects from concept to validation and release.
Drive concept development, mechanical design, assemblies, mechanisms, and engineering analysis.
Lead DFMEA/PFMEA, root cause analysis, risk assessment, GD&T, and tolerance stack-up reviews.
Ensure product quality, reliability, manufacturability, and design compliance.
Manage project timelines, resources, technical risks, and engineering deliverables.
Mentor senior engineers and lead design reviews, customer discussions, and technical escalations.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in mechanical design and product development.
Expertise in GD&T, DFMEA/PFMEA, DFMA, and engineering problem-solving.
Proficiency in Siemens NX and/or SolidWorks; knowledge of Teamcenter and CAE tools.
Strong project management, team leadership, and customer communication skills.
Preferred Experience
Semiconductor equipment, precision engineering, electromechanical systems, motion systems, Siemens Capital, and global engineering projects.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
15+ years of relevant experience with proven technical leadership and project management expertise.
